
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Leader to spearhead thecommercial launch and sales strategy for our thulium fiber laser system inthe urology market. This is a critical role that will involve building and leadinga high-performing sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and drivingrevenue growth as we bring this groundbreaking product to market. Theideal candidate will have a proven track record in capital equipment saleswithin the urology space, with specific experience in laser systems, and adeep understanding of the medical device sales cycle, including navigatingFDA-regulated environments.
Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensivesales strategy to successfully launch and grow sales of the thulium fibelaser system in the urology market.
KOL development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with keyopinion leaders (KOLs), urologists, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs)and hospital administrators.
Team Building& Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performingsales team, ensuring they are equipped to meet and exceed sales targets.® Market Penetration: ldentify and target key accounts, hospitals, andclinics, establishing strong relationships with urologists, surgeons, andhealthcare decision-makers.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding salesquotas, while maintaining a deep understanding of market trendscustomer needs, and competitive dynamics.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, includingmarketing,product development, and regulatory affairs, to ensurealignment and support for sales initiatives.
FDA Clearance Process: Leverage your experience with FDA-regulatedproducts to guide the sales team through the clearance process andensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in medical device sales, with afocus on capital equipment sales in the urology space. Specific experiencewith laser systems is highly preferred.
Leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire a sales team toachieve ambitious revenue targets.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the urology market,includingkey players, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with the FDA clearance process andexperience selling products in a regulated environment.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-buildingskills. Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relatedfield. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
